	Download product brochure A fully covered SEMS made of nitinol material and designed for proximal release (‘push’ delivery system) for accurate placement in the upper oesophagus. The Flexella is indicated for the palliation of inoperable malignant oesophageal stricture, occlusion of oesophagorespiratory fistulae and temporary stenting of benign oesophageal stricture resistant to conventional dilatation. 1 Features Low profile ‘Push’ delivery system for accurate stent placement in the upper oesophagus Steel retrieval loops at proximal and distal stent ends allow for stent repositioning and possible stent removal Atraumatic stent ends minimise the risk of injury to the oesophageal wall Strong radial force for effective stricture dilatation and resistance to compression Highly acid-resistant polyethylene covering to prevent long-term tumour ingrowth Distal, proximal and midpoint radiopaque markers for excellent visibility and easy stent positioning Available in lengths of 85 and 110mm
