To help do that, we offer an integrated sales and customer support service, whereby every customer is assigned a personal support team that consists of both field and office-based Area Business Managers and a Customer Support Advisor. This provides continuity of service and ensures that our customers get the very best from our products, for the benefit of their patients. It's a key part of the UK Medical 'difference'.

Here's how our service can benefit you:

Face to face

Our field-based Area Business Managers are on hand to provide you with the latest product information, training and support. This ensures that you and your staff are always up to speed on the latest product developments and have a regular point of contact to provide all face to face product training and support.

Over the phone

Working in tandem with the field team, our office-based Area Business Managers provide the same level of service and support, but for your convenience they are just a phone call away. This ensures that when time is of the essence you can get the information you need quickly.

Additional support

To complete the team, you will also be supported by one of our experienced Customer Support Advisors. From answering your initial questions to processing orders and ensuring safe delivery of your products, they work closely with our Finance, Quality and Logistics teams to make sure things run smoothly and efficiently.
