Returns Policy

  • All returns are subject to prior authorisation.  Please call 0114 268 8880 to obtain an Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number prior to returning any product
  • Goods returned without prior authorisation and a valid RGA number will not be credited
  • Goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as supplied (i.e. un-opened, in the original box and with all seals intact - where applicable)

Non faulty products / items being returned under the 45-day guarantee

Non faulty products may be returned within 45 days of the order date.  Goods may be returned for a full credit, including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • A Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number must be issued before the goods are returned
  • Goods must be returned within 45 days of the date the order was placed.  If they are not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel this arrangement
  • Goods must be returned by your own arrangement and at your own cost

Please Note

  • We do not accept any responsibility or liability for goods that are damaged or lost in transit
  • We can only accept the return of full boxes (i.e. part or split boxes will not be accepted)

Credits:

  • A credit note will be issued upon receipt of goods. Credits will not be issued where the boxes / packaging is marked or damaged
  • If there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item only (not delivery charges)
  • If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the delivery charges incurred when sending you the item. Will we also cover the cost of returning the item to us (either via a third party collection, hand collection by Area Business Manager or by refunding your return postage costs)

Faulty products / items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

Faulty goods may be returned at any time for full credit, including VAT, with the exeption of expired products, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • A Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number must be issued before the items are returned
  • Contaminated products must be cleaned and a decontamination certificate must be provided. Please call 0114 268 8880 to discuss, prior to returning any contaminated product

Please note it is illegal to send contaminated products by post

Credits:

  • A credit note will be issued upon receipt of goods
  • If you are returning damaged or defective goods, we will refund the cost of the item and the delivery charges incurred when sending the item to you. We will also cover the costs of returning the item to us (either via a third party collection, hand collection by Area Business Manager or by refunding your return postage costs)

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of special order or custom-made products (i.e. non stock items or capital equipment that has been ordered to meet a customer’s specific requirements)
