How do I place an order?

What are your delivery options?
We aim to deliver your item on a next day delivery (excluding Saturdays) in most cases, providing your order reaches us before 4pm and we have the item in stock. If your requirement is a little more specific, we do have a range of delivery options – contact our Customer Experience Team to find out more.
Can I track my delivery?
We do not currently offer a tracking option for all parcels as we aim to get products for you on a next day delivery where possible. However, if you have an important delivery and would like to be able to track it, ask a member of our team when you place your order and we will do our best to help you.
How do I return my order?
We hope that you are happy with your UK Medical product but if for any reason you are not, we operate a 45 day no quibble returns policy, as long as your item is unopened and in saleable condition (please refer to us for full terms and conditions*). To arrange a return please contact us directly
What happens if the order I receive is faulty or incorrect?
In the rare and unfortunate event of your order being faulty or incorrect please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Experience Team and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Can you deliver directly to a home address?
Products suitable for community use can be delivered directly to a home address at the request of a registered healthcare professional and with prior qualification.
