UK Medical representatives visiting hospitals during coronavirus lockdown
During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, hospitals and care facilities are understandably limiting visits by supplier representatives. Just to let you know that UK Medical is available to support our customers where necessary, either virtually or in person where virtual support is not possible or appropriate. These are exceptional times and want to reassure our customers, who are doing such a vital role on the front line, that we are here to help in any way we can.
Where visits need to take place in person, our staff will follow all safety protocols and infection control measures put in pace at each facility as required.
Product Training: Where appropriate we will make product training videos available as and when required. Please contact your Area Business Manager to request the video you require.
Support: During these difficult times UK Medical staff are equipped with many ways to virtually assist you, including by phone, Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime. We’re here to help you, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch and let us know what we can do to support you.
